Busch Stadium – the usual Brats, Hot Dogs, Italians. There was a cart that had bacon wrapped hotdogs. I had one called the St. Louis Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog. This was a long, fat bacon wrapped hot dog loaded with baked beans, pickles, sauerkraut, crispy onions, and a couple types of sauce. This was an outstanding offering. The bacon wrapped dog was great and mixtures of all the different flavors worked perfectly together.
Ingredients
- Hunter Ball Park Hotdog
- Thick cut bacon
- Dill Pickle Spear
- Sauerkraut
- Baked beans
- Caramelized onions
- Pico de gallo
- Spicy mayo
- St. Louis BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Wrap bacon around hotdog and grill, steam bun, baked beans go on the bun first, then the hotdog, Dill Pickle Spear, your caramelized onions, spoon full of sauerkraut, Pico de gallo and top with St. Louis sweet BBQ Sauce and spicy mayo.
